Flower Petal & Green Tea Compound Butter

Flower Petal & Green Tea Compound Butter is simple to make and as you already know, everything tastes better with butter.  Although I’ve made flavored butters before, I loved this pretty colorful layered version. Butter is sliced lengthways and each slice dusted with freshly ground green tea leaves and a scattering of fresh and dried edible flower petals. The layers are gently pressed together and using the foil butter wrapper, gently but firmly wrapped the butter, keeping its shape.
