Thought I’d whizz up a second recipe for the #foodandtoolsuseyourcookbookclub and make this easy peasy dip which includes za’atar. The Pea, tahini and za’atar dip makes a delicious change from a traditional hummus recipe and…who hasn’t got a bag of frozen peas stashed in their freezer.
Mum use to make these many, many years ago, and we when kids loved them. Was only talking to my sister a few days about them and neither could remember what they were called.
