Although not a fan of mind-blowing fiery curries, over the years my tolerance for spicy foods has grown considerably. This recipe for Laal Mass was created by Mahipal Singh, the executive chef at the Nirvana restaurant at The Ritz Carlton Hotel Bahrain.
